What is a BT reseller?
As described in the Our BT relationship section, Channel Telecom has an arrangement which allows us to sign customers onto BT contracts as an alternative to them buying Channel Telecom branded services.
A number of our partners have also been trained to promote and take orders for BT services, and after undertaking to meet the ongoing requirements laid down by BT have gained the right to use the "Reseller for BT" endorsement (shown below) when promoting these services.
BT rigorously protects its brand, and any Channel Telecom partner wishing to use the endorsement must recognise its serious responsibility to live up to the relevant standards.
However, for those who do become resellers for BT, the potential is there to open doors and win contracts that would otherwise have been impossible.
The "Reseller for BT" or "Authorised partner of BT" endorsements are only to be used in conjunction with the promotion of BT services sold on a BT contract to an end user business. They are not relevant in any other circumstances.
