Network choice
We are entirely independent and therefore free to source network and other services from any Operator who offers the right balance of price, performance, features, coverage and support.
Our main suppliers are BT Wholesale, Openreach (part of BT), Griffin Internet,Plusnet (part of BT), Thus (part of Cable & Wireless), TalkTalk Business and Virtual1; but we have a number of other specialist relationships we call on when required.
Where more complex products are involved, these suppliers can provide us with sales support to ensure that the technical solutions we put to customers will work as intended, are priced accurately, and will be fully supported through the life of the contract.
