VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) is a great way to make and receive business calls over your BT Business Broadband connection using either a normal telephone or feature rich IP phone. You can subscribe to either one or two Business Broadband Voice lines, and even though only a small amount of your broadband bandwidth is used for VoIP you'll get:

- Free calls to other users of BT's business VoIP service
- Optional fully configured IP phone
- Price certainty with the optional Unlimited* Calling package, covering: local & national UK calls, Fixed to Mobile and International Direct Dialed (IDD) all just an additional £12.50 per month
- OR great capped rate calling if you choose not to take the calling package for example:
- International call caps from 10p an hour
- UK mobile calls capped at 20p an hour
- 5p for 60 minute local & national calls
