Billing services
One of Channel Telecom’s key strengths is our billing system. It’s state of the art, and we are committed to ensuring that it continues to lead the pack with new features being introduced all the time. It also provides a highly featured WLR3 portal, meaning that our partners can be more responsive to their customers' demands whether it be to order a new service or get an existing one repaired.
For instance, we were one of the first in the UK to introduce raw call data for incoming calls, and to make care level 4 (6 hour fix) available to our channel.
(End customers are also given access to the billing system to view or download their call data or bills, or to run various reports).
