WebaBILLity Pro Billing Portal
WebaBILLity Pro is Union Street’s online billing management portal that interfaces with the aBILLity billing platform. WebaBILLity Pro enables communication providers (CPs) like Channel Telecom to give their customers access to telecoms billing information via the web. WebaBILLity Pro takes data from Union Street’s market leading aBILLity billing platform automatically in real time, without the need for manual intervention.
Customers can log in to view their invoices, call detail and recurring charges and other ‘live’ data that is in aBILLity. This allows users to analyse telecoms usage quickly and accurately in real time. Users can set up a number of analysis reports online based on a variety of operational criteria. E-Alerts can also be set to trigger a full management by exception feature. Full online help support is available for users.
The system can be customised and branded in accordance with CPs’ requirements. It also has a portal for CPs to view their client activity.
