The Direct Debit guarantee states that:
- if there is a change in the amount to be paid or the payment date, we will notify you in advance (in our case your payments are almost certain to vary month by month, and we notify you of the amount due via the bill)
- if either Channel Telecom or the bank/building society makes an error, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund of the amount paid
- you can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by writing to your Bank or Building Society.
