Channel Telecom works with partners to offer maintenance to all our customers. All telecoms and PC systems we provide come with the guarantee that they will be maintained to the highest standards. We work through partners – including Cisco, Mitel, Samsung, Nortel, Avaya – to recommend the best maintenance staff in your area.

Our partners often have existing maintenance contracts with their clients. Working with Channel Telecom doesn’t change this. We ensure all our partners’ maintenance contracts are protected.

All partners are fully accredited and members of regulatory bodies. So although we don’t offer maintenance directly, we are happy to introduce you to a reliable company that does.
