Over the holiday period the Channel Telecom offices will be open as follows:

Calls received outside of these hours will be answered as per usual when our offices are closed. Once we have diagnosed your problem we will pass faults to our suppliers where appropriate (depending on the terms and conditions of cover of the service in question).
