Portfolio
As described elsewhere on the site there are two distinct parts to our offering. On the one hand we sell Channel Telecom branded services through our Dealers, which involves the customer signing a Channel Telecom contract and receiving their bills from us (or our resellers take the same portfolio and offer it under their brands). In this case the product itself is defined solely by us.
On the other hand we provide choice in that where it's requested by or advantageous for the customer, we can instead propose and take orders for BT services, which we place direct onto BT systems. In this situation the customer signs a BT contract and receives their bills and service support from BT. The price they pay is the same as buying through a BT sales team, and the product itself will be identical. Our arrangement with BT which allows this option is described in more detail here.
