If you have any problems with or queries about with your Channel Telecom service, either in terms of faults or billing, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. You can do this by filling out the form below.

Alternatively you can phone or email us (phone is usually the best mechanism for fault reporting). Please provide us with full details of the problem. In the case of broadband faults we will ask you to go through a structured process to pinpoint the problem.
